Dick Modin has a heart for children. His experience as a longtime camp director, coupled with his experience as a criminal prosecutor, has given him a unique blend of compassion and concern for young people today. His many years serving God's people as an elder have helped him observe how God's church can do better in protecting the young and innocent.
